Simple & Quick Kunafa Recipe

1.Simple & Quick Kunafa Recipe at Home Without Oven


Ingredients:

  • Sugar ¾ Cup
  • Water 1 Cup
  • Lemon juice ½ tsp
  • Khoya 100g
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Pheni 200g 
  • Butter soft 2 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese grated
  • Pistachios crushed


How to Cook?

1.In a saucepan, add sugar, water, mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved. 

2.Bring it to boil then add lemon juice, mix well & set aside.

3.In a bowl, add khoya & crumbles with the help of hands.

4.Add cream, mix until well combined & set aside.

5.In a bowl, add pheni & crush well with the help of hands.

6.Add butter & mix until well combined.

7.On a deep dish, add crushed pheni, press & spread evenly. 

8.Now add & spread khoya & cream mixture, mozzarella cheese & press gently.

9.Add & spread crushed pheni, press & spread evenly. 

Baking without Oven:

-In pot, add 1 pack of salt, place steamer rack/wire rack (minimum 2“high) and preheat on medium flame for 15-20 minutes.

-Place prepared kunafa, cover and bake in preheated pot on medium flame for 18-20 minutes.

Baking in Oven:

-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 12-15 minutes.

-Drizzle prepared sugar syrup & garnish with pistachios & serve!

اجزاء:
چینی ¾ کپ
پانی 1 کپ
لیموں کا رس آدھا چائے کا چمچ
کھویا 100 گرام
کریم 4 کھانے کے چمچ
فینی 200 گرام
مکھن نرم 2 کھانے کے چمچ
موزاریلا پنیر کٹا ہوا۔
پستے پسے ہوئے۔


کیسے پکائیں؟

1. ایک سوس پین میں چینی، پانی ڈالیں، اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور چینی کے تحلیل ہونے تک پکائیں۔

2. اسے ابالنے پر لائیں پھر لیموں کا رس ڈالیں، اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔

3. ایک پیالے میں کھویا اور ٹکڑوں کو ہاتھوں کی مدد سے ڈالیں۔

4. کریم شامل کریں، اچھی طرح سے ملا کر ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔

5. ایک پیالے میں فینی ڈال کر ہاتھوں کی مدد سے اچھی طرح کچل لیں۔

6. مکھن شامل کریں اور اچھی طرح سے مل جانے تک مکس کریں۔

7. ایک گہری ڈش پر، پسی ہوئی فینی ڈالیں، دبائیں اور یکساں طور پر پھیلائیں۔

8.اب کھویا اور کریم کا مکسچر، موزریلا پنیر ڈال کر پھیلائیں اور آہستہ سے دبائیں۔

9. پسے ہوئے فینی کو شامل کریں اور پھیلائیں، دبائیں اور یکساں طور پر پھیلائیں۔

تندور کے بغیر بیکنگ:

برتن میں، 1 پیکٹ نمک ڈالیں، سٹیمر ریک/وائر ریک (کم از کم 2 انچ اونچی) رکھیں اور درمیانی آنچ پر 15-20 منٹ تک پہلے سے گرم کریں۔

تیار شدہ کنافہ رکھیں، ڈھک کر پہلے سے گرم برتن میں درمیانی آنچ پر 18-20 منٹ تک بیک کریں۔

تندور میں بیکنگ:

پہلے سے گرم اوون میں 180C پر 12-15 منٹ تک بیک کریں۔

بوندا باندی سے تیار چینی کا شربت اور پستے سے گارنش کریں اور سرو کریں

Kunafa Recipe With Cream at Home Without Oven


Ingredients:


  • 350 g vermicelli or kunafa dough
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp orange food color


For Kunafa Cream:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk + 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 100 g processed cheese or any cream cheese
  • Or you can use fresh cream 


For Kunafa Syrup

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp rose water

How to make?


1.Take 350 g vermicelli or kunafa dough,4 tbsp butter and1/8 tsp orange food color ,mix it nicely.

2.Now for the creamy mixture for kunafa, in a pan add 1 cup milk ,when milk starts boiling ,add 3 tbsp sugar ,when sugar dissolves completely ,add 1/4 cup milk + 1 tbsp corn flour  mixture slowly and stir it regularly to avoid lumps for 2 minutes on medium flame, when mixture gets thick add 100 g processed cheese or any cream cheese and cook it on low flame until cheese gets dissolved completely and turn off the flame.

3.Now for preparing sugar syrup add 1/2 cup sugar ,1/2 cup water,1 tsp rose water ,cook it for 2 minute and then keep it for later side.

4.Now take a non stick pan ,grease the pan nicely with butter, Now add the half vermicelli and set on the pan by  lightly pressing it ,Now add the cream mixture on top of vermicelli and then again add vermicelli on top of cheese and finely set it.

5.Now keep the pan for 1 minute on medium flame.

6.After 10 minutes of cooking ,use knife to remove the edges ,then put the greased pan and flip it on the other side ,Make sure heavy bottom pan is there on the flame ,else vermicelli will be overcooked.

7.Cook for 10 minutes from the other side a well.

8.Now when the kunafa is Ready ,pour the sugar syrup that we made earlier.

9.Garnish it with Pistachio or dry fruits.

Simple and easy kunafa with cream is ready.

Ingredients:


  • 350 g vermicelli
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp orange/red color

For cream :
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk + 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream or milk cream

Sugar syrup :

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp kewra water/rose water/ orange blossom



How to Make?


1.Take 350g Vermicelli ,add 4tbsp melted butter and 1/4th tsp orange color ,Mix them well.

2.Heat a pan on medium flame and roast the vermicelli for 1 minute, after that roast the vermicelli on low to medium for 6 minutes to roast vermicelli well ,keep stirring while roasting.

3.Now take another pan and add 3/4th cup of water and 3/4th cup of sugar ,cook it for 2-3 minutes.

4.  Now for the creamy mixture for kunafa, in a pan add 1 cup milk ,when milk starts boiling ,add 3 tbsp sugar ,when sugar dissolves completely ,add 1/4 cup milk + 1 tbsp corn flour  mixture slowly and stir it regularly to avoid lumps for 2 minutes on medium flame, when mixture gets thick add 1/2 cup of fresh cream and cook for 1 minute.

5.Grease the dish for serving Arabian/Turkish Desert Kunafa ,after greasing add 1/2 of roasted vermicelli ,press it nicely ,then add cream on top of vermicelli and then again add the half left vermicelli .

6.After Setting the kunafa ,pour the prepared sugar syrup.

7.Garnish it with pistachio or whatever you like.

Simple and easy kunafa with out cheese is ready.



5. Kunafa Recipe with Indian Style With Sanjeev Kapoor

Kunafa Recipe with Indian Style With Sanjeev Kapoor




Ingredients


  • 200 grams kunafa dough
  • Butter, room temperature for applying
  • Melted butter for drizzling
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ½ tsp rose water
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Dried rose petals for garnish
  • Blanched and peeled pistachios for garnish

How to Cook?


1. Preheat the oven at 180ºC.

2. Break the kunafa dough into small pieces.

3. Generously apply the butter on the bottom and the sides of a 6 inch pie dish. Sprinkle half of the kunafa dough and spread it evenly. Drizzle melted butter and press the dough firmly on the bottom and the sides of the pie dish.

4. Whisk the cream cheese till smooth. Add rose water and mix well. Put this mixture into the lined kunafa and evenly spread it. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and add the remaining kunafa dough over it. Drizzle melted butter on top and press it evenly from all sides.

5. Place the kunafa into the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.

6. To make sugar syrup, heat a deep pan. Add sugar and ½ cup water and mix well. Cook till the sugar melts and the mixture reaches one string consistency. Take the pan off the heat.

7.Remove the kunafa out of the oven, flip it on to a plate. Drizzle the warm sugar syrup, garnish with pistachios powder, dried rose petals and blanched pistachios. Slice and serve hot.
