Delicious Recipies of Mutton/Beef Kunna by Ijaz Ansari and Amna Riaz had been shared.
1.Mutton Kunna Ghosht Recipe by Ijaz Ansari
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of ghee
- 2 medium-size Onion Chopped.
- 1tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 3 Black Cardamom
- 1tsp Salt
- 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1tsp red Chili Powder,
- 1tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1tsp Paprika Powder
- 1inch of Cinnamon stick
- 3-4 cups Water
- 2tbsp Flour
- 1tbsp Cumin
- 10-12 Black Pepper
- 5-6 Red Round Chillies
Preparation:
- In a handi add 1/2 cup of ghee, when ghee gets heated, add chopped onion.
- When onions get transparent, add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Cook it for 1-2 Minutes.
- Add 3 Black Cardamom and mutton fry the mutton nicely.
- Now add 1tp salt,1/2tsp turmeric powder,1tsp red chili powder,1tbsp coriander powder.
- Mix all masalas and fry it for 10-12 minutes and then 1tsp paprika powder and 1inch of cinnamon stick.
- After nicely frying for10-12 minutes add 3-4 cups o water.
- Cover the lid and cook for 40 minutes or until the mutton is nicely done.
- Take half a cup of water and add plain flour to make a slurry.
- Add the slurry and then add 1tbsp cumin 10-12 black pepper and Red Round Chillies and.
- Cook on low flame for 5 minutes further.
- Mutton Kunna is ready, garnish it with ginger.
2.Mutton/Beef Kunna Ghosht Recipe by Amna Riaz
Ingredients:
- 1kg Mutton.
- 2 Chopped Medium Size Onion.
- 1cup Yogurt.
- 1/4 cup Flour.
- 1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
- 1tsp red chili Powder.
- 1tbsp Coriander Powder.
- 1tbsp Cumin Crushed.
- 1tsp Salt.
- 1/4tsp Turmeric Powder.
- 1tsp Garam Masala Powder.
- 1tbsp Ginger Julain cut.
- 1cup oil/Ghee
- 1 Bayleaf
- 8 Green Cardamom
- 1tsp black pepper
- 2 Cinnamon
- 6 Cloves.
- 5tbsp Green Coriander
- 5-6 Green Chilies.
- 3 Glass Water.
Preparation:
- Turn on the flame and add 1cup of ghee, when the ghee gets melted, we will add chopped onion.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Now we will add Garam Masla 1 Bayleaf,8 Green Cardamom,1bsp black pepper,2 Cinnamon and6 Cloves.
- Mix a bit and add 1kg mutton, add ginger garlic paste and nicely fry mutton.
- On medium flame, we will add further masala,1tsp red chili Powder.,1tbsp Coriander Powder,1tsp Salt, and 1/4tsp Turmeric Powder mix them well.
- Fry for 2 minutes and then add yogurt.
- Now fry the mutton until the oil becomes visible then add 3 cups of water.
- Now cover the lid and cook it for 1 hour on medium to medium-low flame.
- Now, mix water in plain flour, make a slurry, add it slowly, and keep stirring.
- Now we will add garam masala powder and crushed cumin powder and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame
- Our Mutton Kunna is ready and garnishes it with green chilies and fresh coriander.
