1.Original Coronation chicken recipe:

Ingredients:

7 tbsp mayonnaise • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt (or crème fraiche for a creamier taste) • 1 ½ tsp madras curry powder • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon • 1/8 tsp salt • 1/8 tsp white pepper • 3 tbsp mango chutney • 2 tbsp sultanas • 3 dried apricots, finely chopped • 500g cooked chicken breast, roughly chopped • 1 tbsp toasted almond flakes How to Make?
1. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, curry powder, cinnamon, salt, pepper, mango chutney, sultanas and apricots until combined. 2. Add in the chopped chicken and stir to coat the chicken. 3. Place in a serving bowl and top with flakes almonds, then serve as part of a salad or in a sandwich.

Ingredients:

  • 200grams of Chicken(breast /thighs)
  • 2tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2full tbsp of Greek Yogurt
  • 1tbsp of Curry Powder(mild curry powder)
  • Bit of lime
  • 2tbsp of Mango Chutney
  • 2tbsp Dried Sultanas
  • 1ripped Apricot
  • Little bit of siracha Sauce
  • Lime peel

How to Make?

1.Add a bit of lime juice in shredded boiled chicken and half tbsp of curry powder.

2.Let it marinate for a minute.

3.Now add 2tbsp of mango chutney in chicken mixture and add 2tbsp of dried sultanas , cut the ripped apricot in small pieces and add it into chicken then add 2tbsp of heaped Greek yogurt and mayonnaise and left curry powder if you like it more spicy otherwise leave it.


4.Give the mixture 10-15 minutes to enrich the flavors.

5.In last add siracha sauce and lime peel and your Delicious Royal wedding Coronation Recipe is ready at home.
