Ingredients:

Chicken fillets 250g
Cooking oil 1 & ½ tbsp
Eggs whisked 3
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Carrot julienne ½ Cup
Capsicum julienne ½ Cup
Cabbage 3/4 Cup
Salt 1/4 tsp or to taste
Rice basmati ½ kg (soaked & boiled with salt)
Knorr chicken powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
White pepper powder ½ tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbsp
Green onion leaves ½ Cup

How to Cook?
1.Cut chicken fillet into thin strips & set aside.
2.In wok, add cooking oil and eggs, mix well and cook until crumbled & set aside.
3.In the same wok, add cooking oil, garlic and fry until light golden.
4.Add chicken and mix well until it changes color and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5.Add carrot, capsicum and mix well for a minute.
6.Add cabbage and mix well.
7.Add sugar, salt and mix well.
8.Add boiled rice and give it a good mix.
9.Add chicken powder and mix well.
10.Add black pepper powder, white pepper powder, vinegar, soy sauce and mix well.
11.Now add eggs, green onion leaves and mix.
12.Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!


2.Chinese Style Authentic Egg Fried Rice:


Chinese Style Authentic Egg Fried Rice





Ingredients:

Rice, boiled -250 to 300 grams
Eggs - 3
Garlic fine chopped - 5-6 nos.
Spring onions/ scallions- 3 nos.
Carrot, fine diced - 1/2 cup
Beans, fine sliced- 1/2 cup
Salt
White pepper- 1/4 tsp
Soy sauce- 1 tsp
Peanut oil - 2 tbsp
How to Cook? 1. Cook the rice it till it’s 90% done .
2. Strain it & spread the rice on a plate to cool.
3. Chop the beans & carrots and fine chop the garlic cloves.
4. Separate the spring onion greens from the white. Now fine chop both separately & set them aside. Process : 5. Take a big kadhai or wok & heat 1 tbsp of peanut oil. Now break 3 eggs side by side and sprinkle salt & pepper. Also sprinkle some of the green spring onions/ scallions.
6.Now gently fold it in & scramble the eggs lightly .
7. Remove the eggs onto a plate & set aside.
8. Add one more tablespoon of peanut oil & heat it.
9. Add the white portion of the spring onions & sauté for a minute. Now add the fine chopped garlic & sauté.
10.Add the carrots, sauté for a minute & then add the sliced beans .
Continue to mix & sauté for a minute or two .
11. Add in the rice & mix it well .
12. Now add the soy sauce & mix it uniformly.
13.Add the green portion of the spring onions & mix again .
14. Lastly add the scrambled eggs & sauté for few minutes.
15. Remove & serve hot Chinese Style Authentic Egg Fried Rice .

Ingredients:

Boiled Rice (2 Cups Before Boiled)
Eggs 4
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Peas 1/2 Cup
Carrot 1/2 Cup (Crushed)
Spring Onion 2 (Chopped)
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Garlic 1 tbsp (Crushed)
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp



How to Cook? 1.Cook the rice it till it’s 92% done .

4.Authenitic Egg Fried Rice Recipe


Authenitic Egg Fried Rice Recipe




Fried Rice Ingredients:

Boil Rice
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Rice 1 & ½ cup
Vegetable & egg:
Oil 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Garlic 1 tbsp
Spring onion white chopped ½ cup
Carrot grated 1 cup
Cabbage chopped ½ cup
Spring onion chopped ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Water ¼ cup
How to Cook?
1.Soak rice in water for two hours.
2.Boil water and add salt, vinegar to it. Add it to the boiling water. Add oil in it and give it a boil. Drain water and set aside.
3.Take another pan and add 1 tbsp oil to it, crack an egg and stir it quickly to make it in threads. Take out egg set aside. Add 1 tbsp of oil and add garlic to it. Then add spring onion (white part) and carrot and mix well. Next add cabbage, spring onion, salt, Chinese salt, black pepper, soya sauce and vinegar.
4.Cook for 2 mins and then add the rice and fried egg and mix. Add ¼ cup water and keep it on low flame for 5 mins.



Ingredients for Fried Rice
For Schezwan Sauce:
1 tomato
Few cloves of Garlic
1 inch size Ginger Sliced
1/2cup chopped Onions
10-15 Red Chilies soaked in hot water
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
Water as required
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Soy Sauce
Salt to taste

For the Scrambled Egg:
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste


For the fried Rice:
3 diamond shaped green chilies
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
½ cup chopped Yellow Bell Peppers
½ cup chopped Onions
½ cup chopped Green Bell Peppers

½ cup chopped Red Peppers
½ cup chopped French Beans
½ cup chopped Carrots
2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1 bowl steamed Rice
Salt to taste
1 tsp chopped Ginger
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Pickled Ginger
1 tbsp Vinegar
Scrambled Eggs
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ cup green part of Spring Onions


How to Cook?
For the sauce:
1.Put the tomato, ginger, garlic, red chilies in a mixer grinder and grind them to a coarse paste. Now take a pan, add some oil, and then put chopped garlic and fry it till golden brown in colour. Now add the paste and then add tomato ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce water, salt etc. and cook it for few minutes. Your delicious Schezwan sauce is ready.
For Scrambled eggs:
2.Take a pan, put some oil. Break 2 eggs add some salt and mix everything and prepare scrambled eggs. Keep it aside.
For the Fried Rice:
3.Take a wok and keep it on the flame till it is super-hot. Now put some oil, and then add garlic and green chili and sauté them till it is brown in color.

4.Now put all the veggies one after another and mix them. In this stage, put a generous amount of the Schezwan sauce and then add rice and mix everything together.

5.Add soy sauce, vinegar, and pickled ginger, salt and combine them thoroughly.

6.Once I’s done add some black pepper powder and spring onion and a quick stir. Your yummy and mouth-watering Schezwan fried rice is ready. Serve hot.

چکن فلیٹس 250 گرام
کوکنگ آئل 1 اور ½ چمچ
انڈے پھٹے ہوئے 3

گاجر جولین آدھا کپ
شملہ مرچ جولین آدھا کپ
بند گوبھی 3/4 کپ
نمک 1/4 چائے کا چمچ یا حسب ذائقہ
چاول باسمتی آدھا کلو (نمک کے ساتھ بھگویا ہوا)
نار چکن پاؤڈر 1 کھانے کا چمچ
کالی مرچ پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچ
سفید مرچ پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
سرکہ 1 کھانے کا چمچ
سویا ساس 1 اور ½ کھانے کا چمچ
ہری پیاز آدھا کپ
ہری پیاز کے پتے
کیسے پکائیں؟ 1. چکن فلیٹ کو پتلی پٹیوں میں کاٹ کر ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔ 2. کڑاہی میں، کوکنگ آئل اور انڈے ڈالیں، اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور پکنے تک پکائیں اور ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔ 3. اسی کڑاہی میں کوکنگ آئل، لہسن ڈال کر ہلکا سنہری ہونے تک بھونیں۔ 4. چکن شامل کریں اور اس وقت تک اچھی طرح مکس کریں جب تک کہ اس کا رنگ نہ بدل جائے اور 2-3 منٹ تک پکائیں۔ 5. گاجر، شملہ مرچ ڈالیں اور ایک منٹ کے لیے اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ 6. گوبھی شامل کریں اور اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ 7. چینی، نمک ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ 8. ابلے ہوئے چاول ڈالیں اور اسے اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ 9. چکن پاؤڈر ڈالیں اور اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ 10. کالی مرچ پاؤڈر، سفید مرچ پاؤڈر، سرکہ، سویا ساس ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ 11۔اب انڈے، ہری پیاز کے پتے ڈال کر مکس کریں۔ 12. ہری پیاز کے پتوں سے گارنش کریں اور سرو کریں!
