1. Sushi Recipe
INGREDIENTS for Sushi:
- 500g Sushi rice
- Water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 4 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Salmon
- Seaweed(rough side)
Last ingredients you can choose according to your taste.
How to Prepare Sushi:
- Take 500g of sushi rice, rinse it 3 or 4 times until its starch is gone.
- To cook 500g of sushi rice, take 660 milliliters of water, pop a lid and put it on the stove bring it to a boil and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Until simmer for 10 minutes, we will leave to stand it for 10 minutes, don't take the lid off.
- While it's cooking we will take another bowl and add 1tsp of salt,2sp of sugar, and 4tbsp of rice vinegar.mix them well until everything gets dissolve.
- Once the rice is done, soft and sticky but individual look, take them out in another bowl and mix the vinegar mixture into it.
- get yourself some clean water,
- Now take the seaweed, we are going to put rice on the rough side, now spread rice on seaweed nicely.
- Now put all ingredients that you like in the center of the rice.
- Now apply little pressure and slowly rolls the sushi.
- Cut the slices carefully and your sushi is ready to eat.
2. Sushi Recipe by Sanjeev Kapoor
INGREDIENTS for Sushi:
- 3/4 sushi rice.
- 2 cups water.
- Salt to taste.
- 1 medium cucumber(thin sliced).
- 1/2 large red capsicum(thin sliced).
- 2-3 asparagus
- 1tsp castor sugar.
- 1tbsp white wine vinegar.
- 1 nori sheet
How to Prepare Sushi:
- Start with sushi rice, rinse them well.
- In a pot add rice and water with a bit of salt, bring them to boil until rice becomes soft and sticky.
- When rice gets boiled, add 1tsp castor sugar,1tbsp white wine vinegar.,mix them well
- Take 1 nori sheet,, cut it into half, stick rice on the nori sheet, place all veggies on rice.
- Fold it slowly and carefully and cut it into slices.
- Sushi is ready.
