Ingredients:

Butter: 125 gm

Sugar: 125 gm

Eggs : 3 Nos.

Vanilla Essence: 1 teaspoon

Milk Powder: 20 gms

Flour: 125 gms

Baking Powder: ½ teaspoon


How to Make?


1.Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.

2. Add vanilla to eggs.

3. Now add about half eggs to the butter mixture. Mix well till no traces of eggs are seen.

4. Then add the milk powder and mix.

5. Once the milk powder is incorporated, add the remaining eggs and mix till no traces of egg are seen.

6. Sieve the flour. Add baking powder to it and mix well with a spoon.

7. Now fold in the flour using a spatula in the mixture.

8. Pour the batter into prepared containers.

9. Bake in 2 round containers of 5-inch diameter or small loaf tins.

10. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 30-35 minutes.

Delicious Plain Cake is Ready.



2.Eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake Recipe Without Oven



Baking Soda 1/2 Tsp ,Milk Powder 2 Tbsp  and sieve all the dry ingredients.

2.Now add powdered sugar and pinch of salt and sieve it. mix well.

3.Add vanilla essence 1tbsp ,oil 1/2 cup, mix well, then gradually add Luke warm water1 cup ,mix well until it makes a good batter, after that add 1.2 tbsp f vinegar .Mix quickly.

4.Grease a 8" cake tin with oil or butter ,place butter paper ,pour cake batter.

5.Prheat a pan or  kadhai  for 10 minutes in low flame , bake for 45 minutes on low flame, insert toothpick after a while to check cake is ready or not.If tooth pick is clear it means cake is perfectly baked.

6.Delicious Vanilla Sponge Cake without Egg is Ready.



3.Simple and Easy Plain Chocolate Cake Recipe


Simple and Easy Plain Chocolate Cake Recipe





Ingredients:
All-purpose flour 2 Cups (240 grams)
Cocoa powder ¾ Cup (75 grams)
Baking soda ½ tbsp
(Salt) 1 tsp
Butter Softened 150 grams (2/3 Cup)
Caster sugar 1 & ¾ Cup (350 grams)
Eggs 3
Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
Milk 300 ml


Chocolate Ganache:

Milk chocolate Chopped 250 grams
Cream ¾ cup Hot
Milk 1-2 tbsp

How to Make?
1.Grease 9” round pan with oil and spread flour evenly, set aside.
2.In bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, mix dry ingredients and set aside.
3.In mixer machine, add butter and caster sugar, beat until light and fluffy.
4.During beating, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5.Add vanilla essence and beat again.
6.Now add dry ingredients alternatively with milk, beat until all well combine.
7.Pour batter into a grease and floured pan and bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 35-40 minutes.
8.Let the cake cool down on a cooling rack.
Chocolate Ganache:
9.In bowl, add milk chocolate and hot cream, leave it for 4-5 minutes and gently mix.
10.On double boiler, simmer on low flame, place bowl, add milk, mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
11.When cake is cool, apply chocolate ganache.
12.Chocolate cake is ready to serve.

Ingredients and Process:

Basic plain vanilla cake
2 eggs
Vanilla 1 tsp
Beat for 1 mins
Sugar 2/3 cup
Add gradually
Beat until foamy consistency
Oil 1/2 cup
Beat for 1 mins
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Add gradually
Milk 1/4 cup
7 inch pan
Brush oil
Place baking paper
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame 
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on low flame for 30-40 mins or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 30-40 mins




5.Jamaican cake recipe/Christmas Cake

Jamaican cake recipe/Christmas Cake


Ingredients:

1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup currants
1/2 cup prunes
1 cup glazed cherries
3 oz. Wray & Nephew rum
8 oz. Red Label Wine
Blend all these ingredient

Cake Recipe
2 cups unsalted butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 tbsp orange zest
2 tbsp lime juice
8 eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground clove
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
3 cups fruit blend
5-6 tbsp browning
1/4 cup red label wine

How to Make?
1.In a bowl add butter and start off by loosening up softened butter with blender, then add sugar and then mix sugar and butter for 5 minutes.


2.In an another bowl combine all the dry ingredients ,2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour,1/2 tsp salt ,1 tsp ground clove ,1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground nutmeg,1 1/2 tsp baking powder ,mix all ingredients well.

3.In a third bowl crack all the eggs ,give them a good mix and set them a side.

4.Now in a butter and sugar bowl add the fruits and mix all ingredients very well ,then add 1tbsp of orange zest ,2tbsp lemon juice ,mix well and now use wooden spoon for mixing ,now add egg mixture gradually and keep mixing and then add all purpose flour and keep mixing, once combined add vanilla extract and add 5-5tbsp of browning ,then add a quarter cup of red label wine.

5.Now take a baking tray grease it with butter and then add Jamaican cake batter in it.

6.You may bake this recipe in a 10” x 3” round baking pan or a 9” Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 - 2 hours.

2. انڈوں میں ونیلا شامل کریں۔

3. اب مکھن کے مکسچر میں تقریباً آدھے انڈے شامل کریں۔ اس وقت تک اچھی طرح مکس کریں جب تک کہ انڈوں کا کوئی نشان نظر نہ آئے۔

4. پھر دودھ پاؤڈر ڈالیں اور مکس کریں۔

5. دودھ کا پاؤڈر شامل ہونے کے بعد، باقی انڈے شامل کریں اور اس وقت تک مکس کریں جب تک کہ انڈے کے نشانات نظر نہ آئیں۔

6. آٹے کو چھان لیں۔ اس میں بیکنگ پاؤڈر ڈالیں اور چمچ سے اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔

7. اب مکسچر میں اسپاتولا کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے آٹے میں فولڈ کریں۔

8. بیٹر کو تیار کنٹینرز میں ڈالیں۔

9. 5 انچ قطر کے 2 گول کنٹینرز یا چھوٹے روٹی کے ٹن میں بیک کریں۔

10. 180 ڈگری سیلسیس پر 30-35 منٹ تک بیک کریں۔

مزیدار سادہ کیک تیار ہے۔
