Ingredients:

1kg Peeled potatoes 1.3cm thick cut

1/2tbsp Tikka masala

1tbsp yogurt

1tbsp Ginger Garlic paste

1 large Chicken Fillet 


How to Cook?


1.Boil the water in a pan and half cook the thick cut potatoes and pat dry in cloth and then fry for 3 minutes, fry them until light brown and crispy.

For Chicken Marination


2.in a bowl add 1/2tbsp Tikka masala ,1tbsp yogurt,1tbsp Ginger Garlic paste and whisk well and marinate the chicken fillet for 1 hour.

3.In a pan add 3 tbsp oil ,cook chickens fillet, after 1 minute add bit of water  ,covert he lid and cook the fillet on steam for 2-3 minutes.

4.Turn off the flame and shred the chicken with fork ,again turn on the flame and sauté it for 1-2 minutes.

5.Now assemble, in a pan first make a layer of fries, add mozzarella cheese ,pizza sauce, cooked chicken .again layer of mozzarella cheese ,add black olives, oregano for a taste ,bit of red chili flakes.

1/ 3 large potatoes 

2/ 1tsp salt/pepper

For the chili topping:

1/ 1 onion

2/ 1 small tomato

3/ 4 cloves garlic 

4/ 2tbsp oil

5/ 500g minced beef

6/ 1tbsp mustard sauce

7/ 100g tomato paste

1.Make thin fires and in large bowl add fries 1tsp salt and pepper,1tbsp mustard sauce,2tbsp of oil, toss well and deep fry.


2.For the chili ,finely chop 1 medium onion ,3-4 cloves of garlic, in a large pan add 2-3 tbsp oil, add chopped onions ,fry the onions until translucent ,add 500 gram minced beef ,add chopped garlic, cook until the meat is browned, then add 1tbsp mustard sauce ,i small chopped tomato ,and 100g of tomato paste ,and add 1tsp salt, 1tsp pepper, 1tsp cumin seeds, 1/2tsp red chili powder, 1/2tsp crushed chili, 1tbsp coriander powder, 1tbsp oregano & 1 chicken stock cube, mix well and add 1/2 cup of water.

4.Preheat the oven on its highest setting ,in a skillet add a layer of fries ,chili and top with 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese,1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, jalapeños, broil the fire until cheese is melted .

1 cup Franks Red Hot Wings Sauce or the regular – both are great

1/3 cup honey

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup blue cheese dressing

1 cup pre-cooked deli chicken, shredded

parsley leaves, chopped for garnish


How to Cook?

1.Cook fries according to package directions – but get them extra crispy

2.While they cook, combine hot sauce, honey and butter over low heat – stir to combine

3-4 table spoons Butter 

3-4 table spoons Flour

2-3 cups of milk

pinch of salt

little bit of chili sauce

3 full hands of shredded cheddar cheese

For meat:

2 white onions - fine cut

3-4 table spoons sugar

1/2 cup of water

Any kind of meat, as much as you like or without - chicken, beef or pork

How to Cook?


1. Start with cutting the meats in very thin slices. Then you cut the onion and put it on the pan with sugar and a little bit of water. Add the meat on the other side of the pan, put salt and pepper, spices and when it’s cooked a little, mix it all together. When it dries out, add some more water so it gets juicy. Cook about 10 minutes.

2. Sauce: heat up your pot and melt the butter, start adding flour and then the milk. When it begins to be creamy, start adding cheese. Remember to stir it so it doesn’t burn and avoid clums. Add chili sauce, salt and pepper to taste and spices as well. Sauce is ready when the cheese is melted.

3. Cut fries or if you bought them ready, start frying them until they are light brown. Add salt and pepper and spices to taste

How to Cook?

For Potato Fries:

1.Cut potatoes with the help of the French fries cutting machine (1.3 cm thick).

2.In bowl, add water, potato fries and let it rest for 30-45 minutes.

3.In pot, add water, salt and heat it to boiling point.

4.Add potato fries and leave for 6-8 minutes.

5.Now pat dry potato fries with the help of the kitchen towel or paper & let them cool.

6.Can be freeze in zip lock bag for up to 1-2 weeks.

7.In pot, add cooking oil and fry potato fries for 2-3 minutes and rest it for 5 minutes.

9.In wok, add butter and let it melt.

1.In a  pan add 3tbsp softened butter ,mix until melted ,ad 3tbsp all purpose flour ,mix well ,add 2 cubes of chicken stock, once stock mixed add 2tbsp of chili sauce, add 3 cups of full fat milk keep mixing until it boils, when milk starts boiling add 6 large slices of cheddar cheese ,now cook until it thickened.


2.In a pan add one layer of fires, drizzle the sauce that we prepared ,sprinkle 1tsp sweet paprika,1tsp red chili powder ,2 cheese slices ,2tbsp jalapeno ,microwave it for 1 minute or bake at 350 for 2 minutes.

Simple and Easy Cheese Loaded Fries


                                              Ingredient:

Butter - 2 tbsp

Flour - 1 tbsp

Milk - 1 cup

Processed cheese - 1 cup

Potato - 300 gm

Salt - 1 tsp

Chili powder - 1 tsp

How to Cook?

1. Peel potatoes and cut it into French fries and soak it water for 30 mins to remove excess starch. Now heat pan add butter and refined flour cook it for a minute whisk nicely and break lumps. Pour milk whisk again and cook until thick, add cheese and whisk again.


2. Strain the potatoes and deep fry until crisp. Remove from oil and strain. Serve it on a plate and drizzle freshly made cheese sauce and finish with some oregano and dried parsley.


18.BBQ Loaded Fries


BBQ Loaded Fries


Ingredients

300grams boneless chicken

2tbsp red chili powder

1tbsp ginger garlic paste

Salt to taste

2tbsp vinegar

1tsp black pepper powder

150gram of Mozzarella cheese,

2tbsp pizza sauce

2tbsp green olive

1tbsp capsicums 

1tbp tomatoes 

1tbp black olives

100gram of cheddar cheese

oregano


How to Cook?

1.In a bowl add  300grams boneless chicken,2tbsp red chili powder,1tbsp ginger garlic paste ,Salt to taste,2tbsp vinegar,1tsp black pepper powder and marinate for 1 hour, after that grill the chicken until fully cooked.

2.Shred the chicken.

3.Now in a bowl add a layer off fries ,top with shredded BBQ chicken ,add 150gram of Mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce 4-5tbsp,green olive and green onion as you like ,1tbsp capsicums ,1tbp tomatoes ,1tbp black olives 100gram of cheddar cheese, top with left chicken , oregano and microwave it for 5 minutes.
