Ingredients:
- 1/2kg Mutton
- 1tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1tspoon garam masala powder
- 5tbsp Yogurt
- 1tbsp Red Chilli powder
- 1tbsp crushed coriander
- 1 tsp crushed blackpepper
- 1 tsp crushed zeera
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 cup oil
- Salt according to taste
- 4-5 green chilies
- A hand full of fresh coriander
- Julian cut ginger for garnishing
Steps to cook:
- Take half kg mutton.
- Wash it Properly.
- In a pot, add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder,garam masala powder, salt, and yogurt without adding oil and water, turn the flame on.
- Cook it until meat water dries.
- At this point add tomatoes with crushed coriander, crushed zeera, crushed black pepper, At this point add oil but slowly.
- Let the meat cook.
- On a slow heat let the meat cook and add fresh coriander, Julian cut ginger and green chilies
- Serve with naan or roti.
