- Oil 3 tbsp
How to make Chole Bhature:
- For bahture , take plain flour to add 3tbsp semolina, salt 1/2 tbsp, powdered sugar 1tbsp, baking powder, 1/2 tsp, Baking Soda 1/2 tsp, Ajwain 1/4 tsp, Oil 3 tbsp, Yogurt 6tbsp, mix all thing well then add water and knead soft for 5 minutes.
- Cover the kneaded flour and keep it for 4 hours.
- Now make it like we make roti and fry them in oil.
For Cholay:
- Turn the flame on, in a pot add one sliced onion, fry them light pink.
- Now add 1tbsp ginger paste, add salt and red chili powder 1 and a half tsp and mix it well, add a little bit of chickpea boiled waiter and mix, cover and cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame.
- Onion gets soft now add boiled chickpeas, fry it for 5 minutes on high flame.
- Now we will add Dried Mango Powder 1 tbsp on the medium we will add garam masala powder and1 cup water, cover the lid cook it for 10 minutes.
- Now after 10 minutes add anardana and mix.
- Add yogurt on top with green chilies and coriander.

- 3/4 tsp garam masala
- 3-4 green chili
- 1/2 tsp ajwain(caraway)
How to make Chole Bhature:

Origin of Rabri:
Rabri is a sweet, consolidated milk-based dish, starting from the Indian subcontinent, made by bubbling milk on low warmth for quite a while until it becomes thick and changes its tone to grayish or light yellow.
Ingredients
- 6 cup full-fat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 4tbsp of milk powder
- 3tbsp sugar
Preparation:
- Bring it to a boil, after boiling turn the flame on medium, and keep stirring.
- We have to keep cooking and stirring until 5 cups of milk are left.
- Now we have to keep boiling the milk until one cup is left, when one boil comes we have to keep the cream(Balai) to the sides of the pan and stir, again creams on and we will stick the cream to the sides of pans until one cup left.
- Now add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, add 4tbsp of milk powder and cook for 1 minute.
- At this point add sugar, cook for 1-2 minutes and turn the flame off.
- Now remove all the Balai(cream) from the sides of the pan into rabri.
- Sprinkle almonds and pistachios.
- Serve in a boil and your Rabri is ready.

- 2litre Milk
- 5tbsp Sugar
- 1tbsp dry Milk
- 3-4 drops of Cardamom Essence
Preparation:
- In a pan add 2lr milk, wait till the milk boils.
- We took 2-litre milk and keep it boiling until 1 litre remains on low flame.
- When one boil comes we have to keep the cream(Balai) to the sides of the pan and stir, again creams on and we will stick the cream to the sides of pans until one cup left.
- when 1-litre milk is left add 5tbsp of sugar and 1tbsp of dried milk 3-4 drops of cardamom essence.
- Cook further for 15 minutes.
- When 3/4 cup of milk is left, remove all the cream(Balai) from the sides and mix it in milk.
- Shift the Rabri in a serving bowl and sprinkle almonds and pistachio.
- Delicious Rabri is ready.
